Our values are driven by our E6 philosophy it shapes the foundations of Sinclair Adamson and the businesses we aim to launch. Our E6 philosophy provides an insight into what it would be like to work at Sinclair Adamson or partner with us in various forms. It is deeply embedded into our strategy, working practices, decision making and negotiations. Our professionals across Sinclair Adamson and all our portfolio businesses are judged and assessed by them and it dictates why we choose to accept one business proposition over another.

We are passionate in being vocal about the truth, that sensitive conversations are part and parcel of running our business even though we may not be very popular. We minimise risk for all stakeholders rather than exposing ourselves. We think rationally not emotionally. We undertake intensive research and analytics to corroborate our instincts thus having a clear understanding of our risks and how we will manage and resolve them if they did surface.
