Business & Financial Analysis

Independent business reviews

When a company is underperforming, , our first step is to undertake a tailored and objective assessment of the situation and resources. Our rapid and rigorous review process scrutinises financial performance, operating dynamics, asset deployment, and management issues - and then identifies a range of options.

Non-performing asset review

We work with our business partners to assess non-performing assets and design appropriate disposal strategies. We reach out to our alliance partners and conduct financial due diligence and portfolio reviews, preparing information memoranda on asset valuations and disposal options, identifying potential investors, and facilitating sale negotiations and deal completion.

Corporate simplification

When an existing corporate structure no longer meets a business' objectives, Sinclair Adamson will work with its business partner to identify surplus entities, release capital, reduce operating costs, and achieve a leaner, more transparent corporate structure. Our tailored approach addresses critical issues, minimises risk, and helps ensure a smooth transition to a streamlined operating model.

Debt Raising & Restructuring

Small to medium size enterprises looking to raise new debt capital or refinance existing facilities usually have established relationships in the banking and leasing markets – not to mention a constant flow of unsolicited approaches. The key issue for companies is not finding advice on raising money – there are plenty of lenders offering free advice on their own products – but getting independent advice. They need to know their full range of options and how to achieve financing structures which meet their strategic and operational objectives.

At Sinclair Adamson we have partnered with experienced, world class organisations that provide independent advisory to our business partners. We are confident of this because we share the similar business values. Our partner’s experienced debt advisory team uses its extensive knowledge of national and international financing markets to provide companies with clear analysis of their options and the impact on them of these alternative funding routes. The advice provided to our business partners is objective and independent of the providers of capital. They can offer assistance throughout the transaction process from initial strategy through to implementation.

From experience our business partners need to address its debt requirements due to a wide array of circumstances. For example, a company could be:
